Greencompass was established with the aim of creating a platform between China and Europe, providing service of design and patent application, acquisition of technology, high-tech project introduction and transfer consultation. As the exclusive partner of Ruhr-IP Law Firm, Germany in China, the company has successfully completed settlement of several foreign bio-fuel projects in western China. 

 

In 2014, Spatz Global Limited separated from Greencompass and became the Asian supply service center of Studio Moderna, Europe's largest multi-channel direct sale company serving 400 million consumers in 23 European countries. Spatz Global Limited offers Studio Moderna strategic services such as product R & D, category optimization, trade negotiation, contract management, quality control and delivery monitoring.

 

In 2015, Spatz Global Limited began to tap resources in markets like Western European countries and the South America. Its trade volume soared to 60 millions US dollar and its annual order quantity has surged to over 5,000 orders. In 2016, Spatz Global Limited registered a per-capita trade volume of 4 millions US dollar, thus becoming an efficient example in this industry.
